Our kick-off phase of the process focuses on the project Management basics. Where we discover and create a plan for your concept and initiate creative process for the project. This step involves being creative and we want our clients to explore the rough and refined styles for each project. We will delve into costing and start delivering a structured plan.
Here is were we set up our communication of meetings and deliverables to allocate goals, define the project, develop the schedule & cost estimates. Including structures needed, material sources, project feasibility and design and construct process. This is were we develop engineering and budgets are finalised and shop details are started.
With the schedule set and finalised, it is here we are at the life-cycle of the project. We draw up the plans, attain QMS, engineer, certify, approve and construct & geo-tech is conducted. This stage is when we start to execute all visions & concepts into reality for the project.
This stage in the process comes into play as we measure performance of the project and assist in meeting the goals. This ensures on time completion & cost performances are met. Your concept has met target, passes quality & standards and your overall vision is turned into reality.
